Abstract
The present study is an attempt to assess the way in which the college libraries have responded to changing information environment and developed their infrastructure toward use of ICT. The findings show that ICT infrastructure in the libraries is still at different stages of development. Most of the libraries have minimum infrastructure for the implementation of ICT, but they face the problem of manpower too.
