College Of Education Libraries in Kwara State (Nigeria): A Comparative Study.

Describes the state-of-art of two colleges of education libraries in Kwara State, Nigeria. Bases findings on questionnaire responses from the two libraries as well as observations. Identifies obstacles to library development are offered to enhance library services and take up a new role in support of learning
