Abstract

Traces Growth, components and methods of distance learning with application of computer aided programmes and Internet for course material delivery to learners in the field of distance education. Mentions that as the use of computer increases in distance education the problem of copyright comes up. Describes the relevant provisions made in Indian Copyright Act.
