Abstract The study reveals the results of the survey undertaken on information seeking behaviour of medical professionals who are working with Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh and Escort Heart Institute and Research Centre (EHIRC), New Delhi to assess their information services/facilities provided to them. The survey results also highlight those areas in which some improvements are needed to cater to the need of their users in both the libraries.
