Library Services to Government Parastatal's Staff Schools

Abstract Governments paratatals are specialised government institutions or organs (Schools) which considerable autonomy. Describe the objectives of the school library, lays down the objectives of a school library, lays down the minimum standards for funding, accommodation, collection and staff. Concludes that the focus must be on individualized approach to learning using the school library as a laboratory.
