Abstract

This study focuses on the Management of Intangible Cultural Heritage Information Resources available in the Sahitya Academy (SA) Library. The study demonstrates the requirements of the readers and also depicts the satisfaction level of the readers with respect to their specific requirements. The overall objective of this study is to ascertain the availability of Intangible Information Resources, the types of resources selected for digitization and the information required for the readers. This paper also discusses in detail the services provided to the readers with the assistance of applications from the arena of Information Communication and Technology (ICT).
