Abstract

Tony Wagner's seven survival skills are useful and relevant to the needs of LIS professionals of 21st century. The paper discusses the survival skills as well as other required professional skills expected of LIS professionals. The demands of 21st century LIS professionals are different from 20th century professionals. The main reason for it is due to constant changes in the globalized era.
