Abstract

The School Library plays a leading role in the learning process- a process emphasizes inquiry-discovery methods. A Clear point that has emerged from this method is that students must necessarily develop a love for voluntary reading culminating in a reading culture. It is argued in this paper that the School Library is in a vantage position to promote such a reading culture.
